Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Assistant role based in Bhubaneswar. The Assistant will support daily office operations, including handling documentation, maintaining records, and organizing files related to construction projects. The role involves coordinating with project managers, site staff, and vendors, assisting with scheduling, meetings, and follow-ups on tasks and deadlines. The Assistant will help prepare basic reports, letters, and spreadsheets, manage phone calls and emails, and provide general administrative support to ensure smooth workflow. The position requires consistent on-site presence, responsiveness to operational needs, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a structured manner.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities, including document management and record-keeping.
- Basic proficiency with office software (such as word processing, spreadsheets, and email tools).
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external contacts.
- Attention to detail and reliability in handling routine tasks and following established procedures.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Bhubaneswar and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in an assistant, office support, or administrative role, preferably in construction or related fields, is an advantage.
