Role Overview:
The role involves building and maintaining relationships with Artists/Talents and clients, negotiating contracts, and ensuring successful collaborations, onboarding new Artists/Talents and business growth existing Talents.
Key Responsibilities:
Artist Management & Business development of existing Artists/Talents
Maintain accurate records of artist and programming activities.
Assist in budget planning and monitor expenditures related to artistic and programming aspects of events, Ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
Retention of exclusive talents
Sign up of prospective new talents
Development of personal skills required for 360 degree Artist Management
Business Growth of Exclusive Talents
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in Artist/Talent Management and Business Development of Talents.
Strong negotiation and contract management abilities
Must have experience in entertainment industry
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Organizational and multitasking skills
Experience in the entertainment industry
