IMPORTANT | ELIGIBILITY
We are hiring only candidates with 10–15 years of proven sales experience in an insurance broking company, specifically in General Insurance.
Candidates with relevant experience in General Insurance products such as Fire, Burglary, Travel, and Business Insurance are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage sales operations across Punjab.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
• Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team.
• Ensure effective market expansion and achievement of business objectives.
Candidate Profile:
• 10–15 years of proven sales experience exclusively in an insurance broking company.
• Strong experience in General Insurance products, including Fire, Burglary, Travel, and Business Insurance.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership, team management, and business development skills.
• Excellent knowledge of the Punjab insurance market.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
