Experience: 4–7 Years in Cattle Feed / Animal Nutrition / Dairy / Agri Business
Job Purpose
To achieve sales targets, expand the dealer/distributor network and develop the cattle feed market across the assigned territory in Punjab.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
2.Develop and manage sales officers, TM, dealers, distributors and retailers.
3.Drive primary and secondary sales and ensure product availability.
4.Develop new markets, villages, dairy farmers and key customers.
5.Conduct farmer meetings, product demonstrations and market activities.
6.Build relationships with dairy farmers, veterinarians and local influencers.
7.Monitor competitor activities, pricing and market trends.
8.Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
9.Handle customer complaints and coordinate for timely resolution.
10.Lead and monitor Sales Officers/Representatives in the assigned territory.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in technical sales
- Previous industry experience
