Job Overview :
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our growing team at Gurgaon. The suitable candidate should have proven experience in selling industrial consumable products and a strong ability to develop business, manage customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
- Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Expand market presence and generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct customer visits, product presentations and negotiations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements :
- Experience: 3–5 years in sales of consumable products (industrial consumables preferred).
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or any relevant discipline.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
