Regal Specialty Foods is expanding across India, and we're looking for dynamic, performance-driven Area Sales Managers to join our sales team.

Position: Area Sales Manager
Location: State Capitals across India
CTC: ₹10–12 LPA (based on experience and qualifications)
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Drive primary and secondary sales in the assigned territory
✅ Appoint, develop, and manage distributors and channel partners
✅ Expand retail reach and strengthen market presence
✅ Achieve sales targets and ensure excellent execution in the market
✅ Build lasting relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts
✅ Track market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities
Preferred Profile:
• Experience in FMCG/Food Products sales
• Proven expertise in distributor and channel management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Target-oriented with a demonstrated record of business growth
• Willingness to travel within the assigned state
