Team Handling: Demonstrated experience in recruiting, mentoring, and managing high-performing sales/agency teams.
Skillset: Strong business acumen, target-driven mindset, excellent leadership, and local market understanding.
Qualification: Graduate / Post-Graduate with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
