Location (HQ) - Aurangabad
Business Unit: Renal Care (Dialysis Machine, Dialyzer, Hemodialysis Catheter, Dialysis set ,Bloodline set)
Roles and Responsibilities -
Incumbent will be responsible for sales of Renal care product range (Dialysis Machine, Dialyzer, Hemodialysis Catheter, Dialysis set ,Bloodline set) in assigned territory
- Responsible for driving revenue and profitability goals of a Region across all customer segments.
- Responsible for developing business opportunities across the Polymed range of products with the objective of achieving/exceeding revenue and profitability targets for the Region.
- Key deliverables would include developing long-term positive customer relationships, team development and coaching, distribution management and administration in the designated Region
- The incumbent is expected to be self-driven with a proven track record demonstrating a balanced mix of strategic and tactical thinking with sound business acumen
Desired Candidate Profile -
- Minimum 3 years experience in Medical devices / Nephrology / Renal care product sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Goal-oriented, organized team player
- Strong business acumen, with ability to handle price negotiation and discussion.
- Should be good at building relationships with internal and external customers (Dialysis Centers / Doctors/ KOLS/ Paramedical staff / Purchase / Distributors/ Dealers / Peers and Superiors).
