Caldor Health Technologies is building India's next-generation ENT medical device platform — a RF system for minimally invasive treatment of a deviated nasal septum.
We're looking for a Business Development & GTM Associate to join our team and build together.
What you'll own:
🔹 KOL Relationships — Build and nurture relationships with leading ENT surgeons and clinical opinion leaders who will champion the product
🔹 Stakeholder Conversations — Represent Caldor in conversations with hospitals, clinical partners, investors, and industry stakeholders
🔹 Distributor Onboarding — Identify, evaluate, and onboard ENT distribution partners across key markets
🔹 GTM Strategy — Shape and execute our go-to-market playbook — from market segmentation to launch sequencing
Who we're looking for:
✔️ Strong communicator who's comfortable talking to surgeons, distributors, and business stakeholders alike
✔️ Interest in medtech / healthcare innovation (prior experience in med device, pharma, or healthcare commercial roles is a plus)
✔️ Self-starter who's excited to build a function from the ground up in a fast-moving startup
✔️ Based in or willing to relocate to Coimbatore
