Job Description: At Shree Jinendra Architect & Associates (SJAA), we believe that a building is only as powerful as the ground it stands on. We do not design isolated structures; we design complete environments where premium architecture and landscape speak a single, unified language.
We are a high-performance design studio based in Jaipur, executing large-scale, ultra-luxury residential and institutional master plans. To support our expanding pipeline, we are opening 04 exclusive vacancies for Architects. We are prioritizing fresh talent who possess an uncompromising growth mindset and a hunger to master the macro and micro scales of building and site design.
The Opportunity (Why SJAA?): Most firms will confine a junior architect to a repetitive phase of isolated drafting. At SJAA, you will receive unbeatable exposure to the exterior environment. You will be actively involved in the entire lifecycle of premium projects—from the initial conceptual massing and master planning down to the rigorous working drawings and on-site execution. You will orchestrate the architecture and the landscape within the exact same project context.

What You Will Do:
- Master Planning & Form Finding: Participate in the conceptualization and master planning of high-end, large-scale architectural projects.
- Contextual Integration: Seamlessly detail architectural facades, civil structures, and landscape hardscapes and softscapes.
- Technical Execution: Develop flawless Good For Construction (GFC) drawings, exterior material specifications, and landscape coordination details.
- Site Orchestration: Coordinate directly with site engineers, landscape contractors, and craftsmen to ensure the design intent is perfectly executed on the ground.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Experience Level: Freshers with exceptional potential (Highly Preferred), OR Junior Architects with up to 3 years of proven studio experience.
- Education: Minimum B.Arch degree.
- Mindset: A relentless learner who views criticism as a tool for growth. You must be obsessed with detailing, proportions, and ground reality.
- Technical Skills: Exceptional command over AutoCAD, 3D visualization tools, and absolute clean digital hygiene.
