Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Jaipur. The Architect will develop architectural concepts, prepare detailed drawings, and create design presentations for luxury hotel and residential projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with clients and internal teams, producing technical drawings and documentation, and ensuring designs comply with local codes, regulations, and sustainability standards. The role involves collaboration with consultants and contractors, overseeing design intent during construction, and supporting project management activities such as schedules, deliverables, and quality control. The Architect will also contribute to design reviews, material selection, and integration of new technologies and tools to enhance project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and detailing..
- Candidates should possess skills related to Software Development and Integration as they apply to architecture, including use of BIM/CAD tools and integration of digital workflows.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) is beneficial.
- A professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited institution is preferred.
- Knowledge of local building codes, sustainability principles, and contemporary construction practices is advantageous.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a client-focused mindset, are required.
- Relevant experience in luxury hospitality or high-end residential projects in an architectural studio setting is a plus.
