Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Dehradun. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing design proposals, creating detailed drawings, and coordinating interior and exterior design solutions. Daily tasks include collaborating with clients and consultants, conducting site visits and assessments, and ensuring design compliance with local regulations and standards. The role involves managing project timelines, supporting documentation for approvals, and working closely with the project team to integrate architectural, structural, and services requirements. The Architect will also contribute to design presentations, material selection, and quality control during execution to maintain PSA’s design standards.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and detailed design.
- Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration as they relate to architectural workflows, such as using design and BIM tools, and integrating digital models with project systems.
- Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including planning, coordination, scheduling, and stakeholder communication.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) and be comfortable with digital collaboration tools.
- Candidates should possess strong visual communication and presentation abilities, with an eye for aesthetics, materials, and detailing.
- Candidates should possess a recognized degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent) and appropriate registration or eligibility for professional licensure.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work on-site in Dehradun, collaborate within multidisciplinary teams, and adapt to international client requirements.
