Role Description This full-time, on-site Architect role is based in Dehradun. The Architect will lead and support architectural design projects from concept through execution, including site analysis, space planning, schematic design, and detailed construction drawings. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients and internal teams, preparing design presentations, integrating interior and prefabricated solutions, and ensuring that designs align with budget, functional requirements, and regulatory standards. The role involves close collaboration with project managers to track progress, address design challenges, support documentation for permits, and participate in design reviews using tools such as 3D visualization and virtual reality. The Architect is expected to be actively engaged at the project site, maintaining clear communication with contractors and consultants to ensure quality delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to develop creative, functional, and buildable concepts.
- Proficiency in Software Development and Integration as applied to architectural tools and workflows (e.g., BIM, CAD, 3D modeling, VR integration).
- Demonstrated Project Management capabilities, including planning, coordination, and monitoring of timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional licensure or eligibility is an advantage.
- Experience with local building codes, construction practices, and regulatory approvals, preferably within the Dehradun or broader regional context.
- Strong visual, technical, and documentation skills, including detailed drawings, specifications, and presentation materials.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment, manage multiple projects, and adapt to a process-driven system.
- Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience; prior work in interior design, prefabricated construction, or turnkey projects is beneficial.
