Job Title: AI Solution Architect
Job Summary:
RupeeQ is looking for an experienced AI Solution Architect to design, develop, and oversee scalable AI solutions that drive innovation across our fintech products. The ideal candidate will define AI architecture, guide technical implementation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, high-performance AI applications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement scalable AI/ML and Generative AI solution architectures.
* Define AI strategies, technical roadmaps, and best practices.
* Build AI-powered applications using LLMs, RAG, and intelligent automation.
* Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.
* Design integrations with APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems.
* Ensure AI solutions are secure, scalable, reliable, and compliant with industry standards.
* Mentor development teams and conduct architecture and code reviews.
* Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate.
Skills Required:
* Strong expertise in AI/ML, Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
* Hands-on experience with Python, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar AI frameworks.
* Experience with vector databases, RAG architectures, and prompt engineering.
* Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
* Familiarity with MLOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
* Strong system design, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
* **6–10 years of experience** in Software Engineering, AI/ML, or Solution Architecture.
* Experience designing enterprise AI solutions in Fintech, Banking, NBFC, or SaaS environments is preferred.
* Cloud or AI certifications are an added advantage.
