Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Navi Mumbai. The Architect will develop architectural concepts and detailed designs for infrastructure, commercial, and residential projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include preparing drawings and specifications, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and supporting end-to-end project execution. The role involves regular site visits, monitoring construction progress, and resolving design and technical issues. The Architect will collaborate with the in-house design team and partner agencies to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and with high design quality.
Qualifications
1 to 3 years of experience in the field.
- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate client requirements into practical and innovative design solutions.
- Experience in Project Management, including coordination with multidisciplinary teams, vendors, and agencies to ensure smooth execution.
- Familiarity with Integration of design and technical systems within built environments; exposure to Software Development for design tools or BIM workflows is a plus.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and ability to produce clear drawings and documentation.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution and eligibility to work as an architect under applicable local regulations.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with clients, consultants, and on-site teams.
- Prior experience in infrastructure or interior projects in an urban context such as Navi Mumbai is advantageous.o
