Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in India. The Architect will develop architectural concepts, prepare design drawings, and refine solutions using data-driven and computational design approaches. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and external partners, integrating design requirements across disciplines, and supporting documentation for construction and manufacturing. The role also involves monitoring project progress, ensuring that sustainability, performance, and budget goals are met, and contributing to continuous improvement of design processes.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate research and data into practical design solutions.
- Experience with Software Development or computational tools relevant to architecture, and skills in Integration of digital workflows into design and documentation processes.
- Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, or similar), and familiarity with performance analysis tools.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field, with relevant professional experience in building design and construction.
- Ability to work on-site in India, collaborate in multidisciplinary teams, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles, building codes, and local regulations; experience in manufacturing or modular construction is a plus.
