Role Description The “Architect – Workplace Design (Pune)” is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune, focused on designing and delivering contemporary workplace environments for corporate clients. The architect will develop concept designs, space plans, and detailed architectural drawings, ensuring alignment with client requirements, brand identity, and functional needs. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with interior designers, MEP consultants, and project managers, coordinating design inputs, and supporting integration of architectural solutions into overall project plans. The role involves reviewing site conditions, participating in client meetings, preparing design presentations, and assisting in design & build coordination to maintain quality, timelines, and compliance with relevant codes and standards.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience in workplace and corporate interior projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including coordination with multidisciplinary teams, scheduling, and oversight of design deliverables.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Software Development and Integration concepts where relevant to smart workplace solutions, building systems, or technology-enabled design.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in design and documentation tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Adobe Suite).
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional licensure or registration is an advantage.
- Experience in corporate workplace design, fit-out projects, or design & build environments, preferably in B2B or commercial sectors.
- Strong design sensibility, technical detailing capabilities, and understanding of building codes, materials, and construction practices.
- Effective communication skills, ability to work collaboratively with clients and consultants, and readiness to be present on-site in Pune as required.
