Role Description The Architect role at Ciandel_archstudio is a full-time, on-site position located in Manjeri. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing design drawings, and coordinating detailed plans across various project phases. Daily tasks include collaborating with clients and internal teams, ensuring design feasibility, and aligning projects with regulatory and safety standards. The role also involves overseeing project documentation, supporting project management activities, and contributing to design reviews and continuous improvement of studio practices.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into practical and detailed plans.
- Experience with Software Development and Integration as they relate to architectural tools, digital workflows, or BIM environments.
- Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and monitoring project timelines and deliverables.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar), and familiarity with visualization tools.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or a closely related field; professional licensure or progress toward licensure is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and sustainable design practices within the Kerala context is a plus.
