Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Bengaluru South. The Architect will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing architectural drawings and 3D models, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders across commercial, residential, hospitality, and corporate projects. Daily tasks include site visits, design reviews, technical documentation, and collaborating with consultants and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained through execution. The role also involves integrating sustainability principles, adhering to local building codes and regulations, and participating in client presentations and design discussions. The Architect will work closely with project leadership to deliver solutions that reflect conscious design, operational efficiency, and long-term value for clients.
Qualifications
- Strong architectural design and planning skills, including concept development, space planning, and detailing.
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools for drawings and 3D visualization.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methodologies relevant to projects in India.
- Understanding of sustainable design principles, green building practices, and environmentally responsible architecture.
- Experience in project coordination, including working with consultants, contractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate client requirements into clear design solutions.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and capability to manage timelines and multiple project priorities.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional licensure or registration is an advantage.
- Prior experience in commercial, residential, hospitality, or corporate architecture projects is preferred.
- Commitment to inclusive, socially responsible, and environmentally conscious design aligned with the firm’s ethos.
