Are you a passionate and detail-oriented architect who loves blending functional spatial planning with thoughtful design?
At Studio Clipoture, we are expanding our team and looking for a creative Architect with 2+ years of experience. Whether it is conceptualizing a modern industrial space, developing comprehensive master plans, or integrating traditional South Indian design elementsālike central open-to-sky courtyards and Chettinad-style aestheticsāinto contemporary residential layouts, we take pride in delivering versatile and impactful architecture.
If you have a strong foundation in spatial planning and love seeing a project through from the initial 2D layout to the final 3D render, we want to hear from you!
š¹ What You Will Do:- Develop comprehensive architectural designs, including master planning and detailed 2D/3D interior layouts.
- Produce high-quality architectural renderings and presentations for clients.
- Work on a diverse portfolio of projects, ranging from residential spaces (including traditional and heritage-inspired designs) to factory and warehouse layouts.
- Collaborate closely with the team to integrate structural engineering concepts and ensure design feasibility.
- Prepare detailed working drawings, material specifications, and project checklists.
š¹ What We Are Looking For:- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in architecture and spatial planning.
- Education: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and rendering software (Lumion, V-Ray, or Enscape).
- Design Sensibility: A strong understanding of both contemporary and traditional architectural styles, with an eye for structural detailing.
- Communication: Excellent teamwork and communication skills to coordinate effectively with clients and site engineers.
