Studio Clipoture is looking for a creative, detail-oriented Architect to join our growing team. If you have a strong foundation in spatial planning and a flair for seamless 2D and 3D visualization, we want to hear from you!
Position: Architect
Experience: 2+ Years
Location: Chennai
What You Will Do:- Collaborate on a diverse range of projects, including residential, commercial, and specialized industrial (factory and warehouse) designs.
- Develop comprehensive master plans and detailed 2D/3D interior and exterior layouts.
- Produce high-quality architectural renderings and client presentations.
- Integrate unique design elements, seamlessly blending modern spatial requirements with traditional architectural concepts.
- Coordinate with structural and planning teams to ensure design accuracy and feasibility from concept to execution.
What We Are Looking For:- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in architecture and spatial design.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in standard architectural software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or similar rendering tools).
- Design Sensibility: A strong portfolio showcasing conceptualization, master planning, and high-quality rendering skills.
- Mindset: A proactive team player with excellent communication and project coordination abilities.
