Job Description – US Healthcare AR Caller
Position: AR Team Lead – US Healthcare
Experience: 5–8Years
Work Mode: Work from Office
Shift: US Shift / Night Shift
Industry: US Healthcare / Medical Billing/Physician Billing
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of AR specialists handling US healthcare accounts.
- Monitor AR aging, outstanding balances, and collection performance.
- Ensure timely follow-up on unpaid and underpaid claims.
- Handle denials, rejections, appeals, and claim disputes.
- Analyze AR reports and identify trends, bottlenecks, and recovery opportunities.
- Monitor team productivity, quality, and daily/weekly/monthly targets.
- Allocate work and track individual team-member performance.
- Conduct regular quality audits and performance reviews.
- Provide coaching, training, and process guidance to team members.
- Escalate complex payer issues and high-value accounts when required.
- Coordinate with billing, coding, payment posting, and denial management teams.
- Prepare and share MIS, productivity, aging, denial, and collection reports with management.
- Ensure compliance with client SOPs, HIPAA requirements, and company policies.
- Drive process improvements to reduce AR days and improve collections.
