We’re Hiring – Aptitude Trainers | MS Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences
As part of our ongoing efforts to strengthen student employability and pre-placement training at MSRUAS, we are looking to connect with experienced and passionate aptitude trainers to join our student development and pre-placement training initiatives.
Role: Aptitude Trainer - 2 positions
Experience: 3 to 5 years
Location: Bengaluru
Institution: MS Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences
Key Areas:
• Quantitative Aptitude
• Logical & Analytical Reasoning
• Data Interpretation
• Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking
• Placement-oriented aptitude preparation
What we are looking for:
• Strong command of aptitude and reasoning concepts
• Excellent communication and classroom facilitation skills
• Experience in training undergraduate students
• Exposure to campus recruitment/pre-placement training will be an advantage
• Ability to design engaging and outcome-oriented training sessions
We are looking for trainers who can contribute to the continuous improvement of our pre-placement training ecosystem and help students build strong analytical and problem-solving skills for their career journey.
