Role Description<

The Corporate Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that support HubbleHut’s talent, recruitment, and AI-product offerings. Day-to-day activities include conducting classroom and workshop-style training sessions, developing training materials and e-learning content, and tailoring programs to different business units and job levels. The Corporate Trainer will collaborate with HR, operations, and product teams to identify skill gaps, align training with business objectives, and track learning outcomes through assessments and feedback. The role also involves maintaining training documentation, reporting on program effectiveness, and continuously updating content to reflect evolving industry practices and technology.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in instructional design, curriculum development, and training facilitation.
- Candidates should possess skills in communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Candidates should possess skills in learning needs analysis, performance measurement, and feedback collection.
- Candidates should possess skills in using digital learning tools, basic data analysis, and office productivity software.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, Psychology, or a related field are beneficial.
- Experience in corporate training, L&D, or HR within recruitment, consulting, or technology environments is advantageous.
- Familiarity with AI concepts, talent acquisition processes, and HR best practices is beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple training projects, and adapt content for diverse audiences is preferred.
