Job Description – Application Support Engineer (.NET / Database)
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 2–5 Years

Job Summary
We are looking for an Application Support Engineer to work at a client location and provide day-to-day application and database support. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Oracle and SQL databases, C# debugging, .NET Core MVC, Web APIs, and basic knowledge of React, along with strong exposure to IIS (Windows) and RHEL Linux servers.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide application support and troubleshoot issues in production and UAT environments.
· Debug and resolve issues in C# and .NET Core MVC applications.
· Support and maintain Web APIs.
· Perform database analysis using Oracle and SQL.
· Manage and troubleshoot applications hosted on IIS (Windows Server).
· Handle basic server operations on RHEL Linux.
· Coordinate with Application team for issue resolution.
· Prepare incident reports and root cause analysis (RCA).
· Work closely with client teams and adhere to SLA timelines.
Required Technical Skills
· Databases: Oracle, SQL
· Backend: C#, .NET Core MVC, ASP.NET Web API
· Frontend: Basic knowledge of React
· Servers: IIS (Windows), RHEL Linux
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and experience in application or production support roles. Good communication skills and ability to work under strict timelines.
