The Bombay Chartered Accountants' Society (BCAS) invites applications for the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO).
We are looking for a senior leader with 15–20 years of leadership experience and strong expertise in strategic planning, administration, governance, execution and stakeholder management.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Postgraduate qualification in Management, Commerce, Law, Public Administration or related field
• Strong leadership and team-management skills
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities
• Sound judgement, integrity and emotional maturity
• Ability to work closely with elected office bearers and senior professionals
📍 Location: Mumbai
