*🔷 We're Hiring: Chief Operating Officer – Stamping Division**
📍 Pune / Nashik | Full-time | Leading Manufacturing Company
we are looking for well-established manufacturing organisation to appoint a **COO for its Stamping Division**: a senior techno-commercial leader who will own operational and business performance across a multi-plant footprint.
**The Role**
• Lead multipal manufacturing plants**, with the Plant Heads reporting directly to you
• Full functional ownership of Purchase, Costing, Design, Quality, Production, HR and Maintenance
• Drive operational excellence, cost competitiveness and profitable growth
• Extensive travel across plants and customer locations
**What You Bring**
• **15+ years** of proven leadership in core manufacturing
• Deep, hands-on expertise in **stamping, sheet metal and surface treatment** (essential)
• Strong exposure to **latest-generation mechanical press technology**
• Sharp business acumen with practical command of business finance: **payback analysis, working capital management and financial ratios**
**Preferred**
• Engineering graduate with a management qualification (MBA/PGDM)
• Working knowledge of **Six Sigma, Lean and Value Stream Mapping**
