Salary: ₹20,000 per month

Job Summary
Navinora Private Limited is looking for a confident, articulate, and engaging Anchor to join our team in Kollam.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong on-camera presence, and the ability to engage audiences through podcasts, videos, events, and other professional content.
Key Responsibilities
- Host and present podcasts, videos, interviews, and company content.
- Present content confidently in front of cameras and live audiences.
- Host and coordinate company events and programs.
- Engage with audiences and handle public interactions professionally.
- Assist in creating engaging and audience-friendly content.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, scripts, and promotional content.
- Represent Navinora professionally across public-facing activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for content, events, and promotional activities.
- Maintain a professional and positive brand image in all communications.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred- .Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
- .Confident personality with good stage presence
- .Comfortable speaking in front of a camera and live audience
- .Good voice clarity, pronunciation, and expression
- .Creative mindset with an interest in content creation
- .Ability to engage and connect with different audiences
- .Good interpersonal and coordination skills
- .Prior experience as an Anchor, Presenter, Content Creator, Podcast Host, Event Host, or similar role will be an advantage
