Appsquadz is looking for an experienced Analytics Head to lead the data, analytics, and reporting strategy for a large-scale OTT Platform under the Prasar Bharati Project. If you're passionate about building scalable analytics ecosystems and driving business insights through data, we'd love to connect with you.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end analytics and reporting strategy for the OTT platform.
- Define KPIs, reporting schemas, data models, and dashboard requirements.
- Analyze audience behavior, content consumption, engagement, and retention.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and client stakeholders.
- Drive data quality, validation, reconciliation, and reporting governance.
- Lead and mentor the analytics and reporting team.
🛠️ Must-Have Skills
- Strong SQL, Data Warehousing, ETL/ELT & Data Modeling
- Big Data & NoSQL (MongoDB/Cassandra/DynamoDB)
- AWS (S3, Athena, Glue, Redshift)
- Power BI / Tableau / Looker / Metabase
- AI/ML Analytics & Recommendation Engine exposure
- Excellent stakeholder and client management skills
