Role: US IT Recruiters / Senior Recruiters
Location: Noida, Sector 62 (Onsite)
We're looking for experienced US Staffing Recruiters with expertise in W2, Full-Time hiring. who is having prior experience working with implementation clients like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, TechM, LTIM etc. If you have a strong understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle, sourcing strategies, and candidate engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Source and recruit candidates for W2, Full-Time positions
✅ Work on requirements from direct clients and implementation partners
✅ Screen, interview, and evaluate technical candidates
✅ Manage candidate pipelines and maintain ATS records
✅ Coordinate interviews and facilitate offer negotiations
✅ Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Required Skills:
✔ Experience in US IT Recruitment
✔ Hands-on experience with W2, Full-Time hiring
✔ Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, and databases
✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced US staffing environment
