Job Title: MS Dynamics CRM Tester (Airline Booking Domain)
Experience: 8+ Years
Location:- Abu Dhabi (work from office 5 days a week)
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced MS Dynamics CRM Tester with strong expertise in the Airline Booking/Reservation domain and Automation Testing using Selenium Java to join our QA team. The role involves validating CRM workflows, integrations, and end-to-end airline booking journeys across web, mobile, API, and automation frameworks while collaborating with onsite and offshore teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and automation testing for Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Dynamics 365) applications.
• Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java.
• Validate end-to-end airline booking workflows, including flight search, reservations, ticketing, payments, check-in, loyalty programs, cancellations, and customer service modules.
• Create and execute test cases, test plans, automation suites, and test scenarios based on business requirements and user stories.
• Test CRM integrations with airline systems such as booking engines, payment gateways, loyalty platforms, and third-party APIs.
• Perform API testing using Postman/REST clients.
• Execute SQL queries for backend data validation.
• Work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners across onsite (Abu Dhabi) and offshore teams.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and release cycles.
• Log, track, and manage defects using JIRA/Azure DevOps.
• Support UAT cycles, production release validation, and automation regression execution
Required Skills & Experience
• 8+ years of experience in Software Testing/QA.
• Hands-on testing experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Dynamics 365).
• Strong experience in the Airline Booking/Reservation domain with knowledge of booking, ticketing, check-in, loyalty, and ancillary services.
• Hands-on Automation Testing experience using Selenium WebDriver with Java.
• Experience in building and maintaining automation frameworks using Selenium, Java, TestNG/JUnit, and Maven/Gradle.
• Experience in API testing and integration testing using Postman/REST Assured.
• Experience with SQL for data validation.
• Strong understanding of STLC, SDLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Test Management and Defect Tracking tools (JIRA/Azure DevOps).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working with distributed onsite/offshore teams.
