We’re looking for a creative, AI-native Video & Content Creator who understands storytelling, visual aesthetics, short-form content, and the rapidly evolving world of generative AI.
You’ll work at the intersection of AI × Video × Storytelling × Social Media to create content that feels modern, global, and highly engaging.
What You’ll Do
• Create engaging Instagram Reels, short-form videos, ads, brand content & social media creatives
• Use AI video generation and creative AI tools to develop unique visual concepts
• Edit videos using DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools
• Transform ideas, scripts and concepts into compelling visual stories
• Experiment with AI-generated visuals, animation, voice, music and effects
• Develop creative concepts and visual treatments for different projects
• Maintain high standards of visual quality, storytelling and aesthetics
• Stay updated with the latest AI tools, video trends, Instagram formats and creator trends
• Understand what makes content attention-grabbing, shareable and platform-native
• Continuously experiment, test and improve content based on performance
🎯 What We’re Looking For
Must Have:
• Strong video editing skills
• Experience creating short-form content/Reels
• Good understanding of storytelling, pacing, composition and visual aesthetics
• Hands-on experience with AI video/image generation tools
• Ability to turn a rough idea into a finished creative
• Strong curiosity and willingness to experiment with new AI tools
• Understanding of current social media trends and content formats
Good to Have:
• Motion graphics / animation skills
• Experience with AI voice, music or sound-design tools
• Basic understanding of cinematography
• Experience creating content for international audiences
• Experience with branding, marketing or performance content
