Company Description
CurioNext Labs is a deep-tech wearables company focused on surfacing critical human signals through advanced edge AI technology. The team builds wearable products for high-stakes environments, especially for children, schools, and underserved communities, using biometric sensor fusion and on-device intelligence. CurioNext emphasizes inclusive design, ensuring its solutions are accessible and relevant to diverse users and contexts. Role Description
The Junior Visual Designer & Content Creator will help shape how CurioNext communicates visually across its products, website, social media, presentations, and brand. This is a full-time, on-site role in Chennai for someone early in their creative career who has a strong sense of aesthetics, visual storytelling, and an eagerness to learn.
The role will involve creating storyboards and visual narratives, designing graphics and visual assets, editing short-form videos and social media content, and helping establish a consistent visual language across the company. You will work closely with the product, engineering, and leadership teams to translate complex ideas into simple, engaging visual stories.
We are not looking for years of experience. We are looking for someone with good creative judgment, a strong portfolio, curiosity, and the potential to become an exceptional designer while learning from experienced designers, advisors, and industry veterans.

- Strong attention to detail and willingness to take feedback, experiment, iterate, and learn quickly.
- Interest in designing products and communication for children, parents, schools, and diverse communities.
- A degree in Design, Visual Communication, Animation, Media, or a related field is welcome but not required. Portfolio, creative ability, and willingness to learn matter more than credentials or years of experience.
