Role Description The AI Marketing and Lead Generation Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for driving qualified leads and optimizing marketing performance through AI-powered tools and data analytics. Day-to-day tasks include designing and executing marketing campaigns, building and refining lead generation funnels, and using AI solutions to segment audiences, personalize outreach, and track campaign effectiveness. The role involves coordinating with sales and customer service teams to ensure smooth lead handover, monitoring key performance indicators, and continuously improving strategies based on market research and business objectives. The manager will also oversee marketing content and messaging across channels to maintain brand consistency and support revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, collaborate with internal teams, and support a positive client experience.
- Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing Strategy to identify target segments, analyze trends, and develop effective AI-driven campaign plans.
- Experience in Sales and lead management processes to align marketing efforts with conversion goals and revenue targets.
- Working knowledge of AI-based marketing tools, CRM platforms, and data analytics to optimize lead generation and campaign performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field; relevant certifications in digital marketing or AI tools are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, manage multiple projects, and adapt to evolving business needs in a fast-paced environment.
