Automize Media Labs is a healthcare growth consultancy. We connect medical SEO, GEO/AEO (Generative and Answer Engine Optimization), paid acquisition, conversion, and follow-up to measurable outcomes for dental, fertility, and hospital clients across India, the UAE, and beyond.
SEO isn't what it was two years ago. Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini are changing how people find information, and most agencies are still playing catch-up. We're building our SEO practice around AI from day one, using AI-assisted content, AI-assisted research, and AI-assisted coding as part of daily work, not as a side experiment.
We're hiring 5 AI-First SEO Executives and Interns to join a hands-on team where you'll learn how modern websites are built (WordPress and React), how to optimize for both Google and AI engines, and how to actually use the AI coding tools everyone talks about but few have opened.
If you're someone who tries a new AI tool the week it launches just to see what it can do, this role is built for you.
Key Responsibilities
1. AI-First SEO Execution
- Execute keyword research, on-page optimization, content briefs, and basic technical audits across client websites (WordPress and React-based).
- Learn and apply GEO/AEO fundamentals, structuring content and data so AI engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini can find, understand, and cite our clients accurately.
- Help produce content that ranks well on Google and reads well when summarized by an AI answer engine.
2. Vibe Coding & AI Tooling
- Work directly with AI coding assistants such as Windsurf, Cascade, and GitHub Copilot to make small website edits, test schema, and understand how modern front-ends work.
- You don't need to code fluently, but you should be comfortable opening these tools and exploring them without hesitation. We'll teach you the rest.
- Build basic literacy in WordPress and React, enough to navigate a CMS, spot a broken page, and communicate clearly with the tech team.
3. Research, Reporting & Client Support
- Track rankings, AI citations, and traffic using SEO and analytics tools, and learn to read what the data is actually telling you.
- Support senior team members in putting together client-ready reports and recommendations.
- Ask questions. Curiosity is part of the job here, not a bonus trait.
Who We're Looking For
- Education: MBA freshers, or B.Tech/B.E. (Computer Science or related) freshers.
- SEO Knowledge: Basic understanding of SEO fundamentals, on-page basics, keyword research, and how search works. We're not expecting experts.
- English Proficiency: Medium level, enough to write clear content and communicate confidently with the team and eventually with clients.
- Tech Comfort: Familiarity with WordPress and React-based websites. You don't need to build them, but a CMS dashboard shouldn't be unfamiliar territory.
- AI Curiosity: You've at least opened and explored an AI coding tool like Windsurf, Cascade, or GitHub Copilot before. If the term "vibe coding" doesn't rattle you, you're a good fit.
- Mindset: Hungry to learn, comfortable with ambiguity, and genuinely interested in entering the AI space early.
How We Hire : Executive vs. Intern
- AI-First SEO Executive: For candidates who already show working familiarity with SEO fundamentals and AI coding/vibe-coding tools.
- AI-First SEO Intern: For candidates with the right curiosity and foundation but newer to these tools, with a clear path to grow into an Executive role.
Both tracks come with real training and real work from day one.
