We are looking for a proactive and organized Influencer Marketing / Creator Partnerships professional to manage creator relationships and execute brand collaborations from end to end.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard, and manage relevant influencers and creators based on brand requirements.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with creators and influencers.
- Manage end-to-end brand campaigns, from understanding briefs and defining objectives to execution and reporting.
- Coordinate campaign deliverables, timelines, contracts, payments, and ongoing communication.
- Support creators with campaign requirements, including scripting and content deliverables where needed.
- Negotiate and close brand deals, including pricing and contractual terms.
- Collaborate closely with brands, agencies, creators, and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Track campaign performance, engagement, and ROI, and prepare campaign reports.
- Maintain accurate records of campaigns, invoices, contracts, and related communications.
- Support inbound and outbound pitching initiatives by curating and sharing relevant creator lists.
- Build and maintain a strong database of creators across categories.
- Stay updated on social media trends, emerging creators, and evolving platform trends.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage pricing and contractual discussions.
- Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and other major social media platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple creators, campaigns, agencies, and time-sensitive projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slides.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling challenges effectively.
- Strong networking skills and an interest in the creator/influencer ecosystem.
