EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and basic MIS reporting.
WORK EXPERIENCE
- 1–4 years of experience in Agreements, CRM, Customer Coordination, Documentation, Real Estate or a related field.
- Experience in the real estate / property industry will be preferred.
JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Agreement Executive to manage agreement-related activities, coordinate with customers and internal departments, and ensure timely completion of the agreement signing process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate with customers through calls, emails and meetings for agreement signing and related activities.
- Regularly call and follow up with clients regarding pending agreements, corrections, signatures and other agreement-related requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Legal, Accounts, Sales and CRM for agreement corrections, approvals and required changes.
- Meet clients, whenever required, to explain the agreement signing process and address basic queries.
- Maintain MIS reports and ensure timely and accurate updating of agreement status.
- Track pending agreements and continuously follow up with relevant stakeholders until closure.
- Maintain accurate records of agreements and all related documents.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely completion of agreement-related activities as per internal processes.
REQUIRED SKILLS
