Job Title: Agency Partner - L3 , L4
Channel: Agency / Managing Partner Channel

CTC Bracket: Up to ₹6.80 LPA (Based on experience & past CTC)
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners / Currently Serving Notice Period / Max 30-day career gap (with valid justification)
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of Agency Partners / Advisors / Managing Partners (MPs) to drive insurance sales.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by enabling and supporting partners in field sales activities.
- Conduct joint field calls, provide product training, and ensure continuous engagement with business partners.
- Ensure full awareness and understanding among candidates regarding the roles and core responsibilities of Managing Partners (MPs).
- Maintain strong market intelligence, track pipeline performance, and drive business growth within the assigned geography.
Mandatory Candidate Criteria
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of frontline sales experience in Life Insurance, General Insurance, Health Insurance, or BFSI.
- Education: Graduate (10 + 2 + 3 / 15 years of formal education required)
- Notice Period: Immediate joining preferred or currently serving notice period
- Domain Knowledge: Clear understanding of the Agency / MP sales model is mandatory for the interview process
