🚨 Hiring: Sales Manager – Residential Real Estate | Chennai
We’re hiring on behalf of one of our clients for an exciting opportunity in residential real estate sales.
📍 Location: Chennai – On-site
💼 Experience: 1–3+ Years
💰 Salary: ₹2.5–5 LPA + performance-based incentives
🎓 Education: Any Graduate

🔑 What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for sales professionals with hands-on experience in residential apartment sales and a strong ability to convert leads into bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive residential apartment sales and achieve sales targets
- Handle leads, conduct site visits and close property bookings
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, HNIs and corporate clients
- Develop and manage channel partner/broker networks
- Maintain sales pipelines and lead information using CRM tools
- Negotiate and facilitate end-to-end property transactions
- Coordinate with CRM, finance and legal teams for smooth closures
- Track local market trends, competitor pricing and new project launches
