We’re Hiring: Aftermarket Service Engineer
📍 Location: Chennai & Hyderabad🎓
Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related discipline💼 Experience: 7–15 Years
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Aftermarket Service Engineer with strong technical and commercial exposure in industrial heating products and thermal systems.
This role involves commissioning, troubleshooting, servicing, installation, and aftermarket sales support for equipment such as oil & gas burners, boilers, heat exchangers, and thermal systems.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Conduct customer visits to strengthen engagement and identify service/business opportunities.
- Execute branded service activities and generate enquiries for contracts, retrofits, spares, and AMC.
- Commission, install, troubleshoot, and maintain burners, boilers, heat exchangers, and heating systems.
- Ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Identify revenue opportunities through upgrades, spares, and system optimization.
- Prepare service reports, RCA, and maintain documentation.
- Build long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business.
