About TryfactaEDU Global Foundation
TryfactaEDU Global Foundation (TGF) is an Indian non-profit foundation on a mission to transform education across India — expanding access for underserved learners, opening doors for girls and young women, and bringing digital innovation into the classroom and beyond. TGF has just been named host of the UNESCO-MOST BRIDGES Regional Programme Office for South Asia, based in GIFT City, Gujarat — India's first global financial and technology hub — in partnership with the University of Wales Trinity Saint David and the international BRIDGES Coalition, which champions humanities-inclusive sustainability science around the world.
About the Role
As Administrator & Logistics Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of setting up and running the new BRIDGES Regional Programme Office, reporting to Foundation management on an interim basis and subsequently to the Regional Programme Office Director once appointed. You'll be the person who makes sure travel, meetings, records, and day-to-day office life just work — giving the rest of the founding team the space to focus on building something new.
What You'll Do
• Organize travel arrangements, meeting agendas, and minutes for the RPO team and leadership
• Keep logistics, records, and documentation running smoothly, including office supplies, assets, and vendor coordination
• Provide coordination support across the RPO team and Foundation leadership, and provide executive support to the BRIDGES International Programme Office, including diary management, meeting coordination and scheduling across international time zones.
• Help plan and run events, official visits, and high-level delegations
• Set up practical administrative systems for a brand-new office as it takes shape in GIFT City
What You'll Bring
A Bachelor's degree in any discipline (a diploma in office/business administration is a plus), plus:
• 2–4 years in an administrative, office management, or logistics coordination role
• Solid working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail
• Good written and spoken English
• A trustworthy, discreet approach to confidential information
Nice to Have
• Experience in an NGO, educational institution, or international organization
• Experience coordinating travel or events for senior stakeholders or visiting delegations
Why Join Us
• A chance to help build an office's operating rhythm from scratch, not just maintain one
• Exposure to international partners and stakeholders from day one
• A collaborative, mission-driven team environment
