Job details:
TTo manage the Finished Goods Supply Chain in the Region by managing C&FAs, warehousing and Transportation of the Region.
- • CFA Agreement negotiation and timely renewal
- CFA service level tracking and addressing any performance issues of CFAs
- New CFA search, appointment and training
- Visit of each CFA at least once in a quarter
- PFA License/nomination validity Tracking and timely renewal
- Safety & Security Audit compliance Tracking and actioning
- Pest Control compliance tracking
- Cycle count and month end physical count compliance
- FG Storage and handling process compliance (Batch Code, Stacking Norm, distance from wall etc.)
- Ensuring the IT connectivity and infrastructure is upto standards
- Ensuring Records keeping at CFAs is upto standards
- Training of CFAs on the processes and Good Warehouse Practices
- Obsolete and Non-Moving Inventory Management
- Safe Disposal of expired/D&L products as per co. policy
- Designing the optimal routes for each CFA for transportation of FG to Customers
- Selecting suitable transporters for full truck and part truck loads
- Addressing any performance issues
- Tracking and reducing the Secondary Damages & Leakages (D&L%)
Qualification:
Graduation in Commerce/MBA
3-5 Years relavant experience
