Business Operations & Customer Success Executive (Female)Location

This is a high-performance, growth-oriented role requiring full ownership of CRM, booking, billing, and customer support functions. The candidate must be proactive, accountable, and results-driven.Key ResponsibilitiesCRM & Lead Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM data
- Track and follow up on all leads
- Ensure no leads are missed
- Monitor the customer journey from inquiry to closure
- Generate regular CRM reports
Booking & Billing Operations
- Manage the end-to-end booking process
- Handle billing, invoicing, and payment tracking
- Coordinate with the accounts team
- Ensure all documentation is complete and accurate
- Follow up on pending payments
Customer Support & Relationship Management
- Handle customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Provide prompt and professional responses
- Resolve issues to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Collect feedback to improve service quality
Sales & Operations Coordination
- Coordinate between the sales team and customers
- Schedule meetings and site visits
- Maintain project updates and pricing information
- Provide reports and actionable insights
Office & Administrative Support
- Maintain records and documentation
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations

- 98%+ data accuracy
- Response time within 15 minutes
- 100% daily updates
- Less than 2% missed leads
Booking & Billing KPI
- 100% accuracy in booking and billing
- 95%+ payment follow-up completion
- 100% documentation compliance
Customer Support KPI
- Response time within 30 minutes
- 95%+ issue resolution rate
- Customer satisfaction score of 4.5/5 or higher
Skills Required
- Proficiency in CRM tools
- Strong knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
- Experience handling WhatsApp communication
- Excellent follow-up and coordination skills
- Fluency in Hindi and basic English
- Prior experience in real estate is preferred
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
