We are hiring a Finance & Compliance professional to manage finance and statutory compliances while supporting management in strategic decision-making, business growth, cost optimization, and achievement of common organizational goals.
Position: Accounts & Compliance Executive (Finance Department)
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Pune
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory returns.
- Maintain compliance calendars and ensure all due dates are met.
- Coordinate with CA, CS, auditors, consultants, banks, and government authorities.
- Prepare and maintain records required for statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits.
- Verify and Supervise accounts team and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Reconcile GST, TDS, and other statutory ledgers with books of accounts.
- Assist in finalization of accounts and preparation of financial statements.
- Maintain proper documentation of invoices, vouchers, agreements, and statutory records.
- Contribute financial and compliance-related insights to support business planning, cost optimization, cash-flow management, and decision-making.
- Track changes in statutory laws and implement necessary compliance updates.
- Support finance and accounts team in day-to-day accounting activities.
Required Experience:
- 7-8 years of experience in Accounts & Statutory Compliance.
- Hands-on experience in GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, ROC (preferred), Labour Law compliances, and statutory filings.
- Experience in coordinating with auditors, consultants, and government departments.
- Experience in preparing financial reports and handling statutory audits.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial company will be preferred.
Educational Qualification:
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Indian statutory compliances.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel (Advanced), and ERP software.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and taxation.
- Excellent documentation and record management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines with high accuracy.
