🚀 We're Hiring: Senior Flow Assurance Engineer | OneSubsea (SLB), Pune
OneSubsea is looking for pioneers who want to help shape a sustainable energy future. We're expanding our Early Engagement team in Pune and looking for a Senior Flow Assurance Engineer to join us on this exciting journey.
What you'll own:
🔹 Develop flow assurance design basis for subsea projects
🔹 Run steady-state & dynamic simulations (pipe sizing, thermal performance, flow regimes, slugging, chemical injection)
🔹 Analyze start-up, shutdown & pigging scenarios; author technical reports
🔹 Develop operating strategies addressing hydrates, paraffins, asphaltenes, corrosion, erosion, scaling & emulsions
🔹 Contribute to HAZOP/HAZID and Design Reviews
🔹 Mentor junior engineers and engage directly with clients & contractors
What you bring:
✅ Bachelor's in Mechanical, Petroleum, or Chemical Engineering
✅ 7+ years in subsea production systems, with 5+ years specifically in Flow Assurance
✅ Experience across shallow & deepwater — feasibility through detailed engineering
✅ Hands-on with OLGA, Pipesim/Prosper, and solids deposition/PVT fundamentals
✅ Strong technical writing, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills
