Position: Accounts & Taxation Executive
Experience: 2–4 Years
Location: Gurgaon
Salary: Up to 40 K
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting and maintain accurate books of accounts.
- Strong knowledge of TDS calculation, compliance, returns, and payments.
- Handle GST return preparation and filing, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation, etc.
- Manage ITR preparation and filing for individuals/business entities.
- Ensure timely statutory compliance and maintain proper tax records.
- Perform GST/TDS reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with audits and provide required financial/tax documentation.
- Stay updated with changes in taxation and compliance regulations.
Requirements
- Strong practical knowledge of TDS, GST, and Income Tax/ITR filing.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Commerce graduate (B.Com/M.Com) preferred.
- Candidates with CA Inter/CA background will be an added advantage.
