*Job Responsibilities*
Handle timely billing for clients and ensure invoices are prepared accurately and on time.
Manage day-to-day client follow up on outstanding payments.
Maintain accurate records of invoices, receipts, payments, and outstanding balances.
Coordinate with clients regarding billing and payment-related queries.
Monitor receivables and ensure timely collection from clients.
Assist with day-to-day accounting and financial record keeping.
Prepare basic reports related to billing, collections, and outstanding payments.
*Candidate Profile*
Graduate in Commerce / B.Com or equivalent qualification.
Experience in accounting, billing, and client collection will be preferred.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic accounting software.
Good communication and follow-up skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage daily accounting activities.
Prior experience in courier, cargo, logistics, or similar industry will be an advantage.
