Role 1: Head – Accounts & Compliance

Location: Thane
Work Mode: Onsite
CTC: Up to ₹19 LPA
Qualification: CA mandatory
Age Limit: Below 35 years
Gender: Male / Female
Target Profile: Experience in startups or mid-sized organizations (excl. MNCs/large corporates), SME's or MSME's.
Not open to candidates from MNCs or Big 4
Key Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end accounting operations and statutory compliance.
- Proven track record of managing a team of accounting professionals.
- Direct hands-on experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Solid understanding of GAAP, GST, TDS, and other compliance frameworks.
- Working proficiency in Zoho Books and ERP systems.
