📢 WE ARE HIRING | ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE
📍 Location: Mumbai
💼 Experience: 2–4 Years
🕑 Shift Timing: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
📅 Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Monday to Friday)|
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in monthly financial closing activities and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Prepare and submit Management Information System (MIS) reports and key financial performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support periodic budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Assist in project-wise financial reporting and performance monitoring.
- Support the preparation of financial statements for statutory and management reporting.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and consistency in financial data.
- Provide support across various finance and accounting activities as required.
🔹 Educational Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Postgraduate qualification in Finance or Commerce will be an added advantage.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, MIS, or Financial Reporting.
- Prior experience in month-end closing, budgeting, variance analysis, and management reporting is preferred.
- Exposure to project-based reporting will be an added advantage.
🔹 Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems; knowledge of SAP will be preferred.
- Familiarity with AI-powered productivity and reporting tools is desirable.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict reporting deadlines.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Flexibility to work in alignment with UK business hours, as required.
