Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Executive role based in Ranchi & Navi Mumbai. The Account Executive will manage relationships with existing and prospective clients in the oil and gas sector, understand their pipeline engineering needs, and coordinate with internal technical teams to deliver appropriate solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing proposals and quotations, following up on leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, and maintaining accurate records of opportunities and contracts. The role also involves monitoring project progress from a client perspective, addressing client inquiries, and supporting timely issue resolution to ensure high client satisfaction. The Account Executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to sales targets, and support business development initiatives and market research activities.
Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management and account handling skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Sales and business development capabilities, including lead generation, opportunity tracking, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Communication and presentation skills to convey technical solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders, both in person and in writing.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts, proposals, and deadlines effectively.
- Basic understanding of pipeline engineering or oil and gas industry operations; ability to learn technical concepts quickly.
- Proficiency with standard office productivity tools and CRM or sales management software.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Ranchi, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and adapt in a dynamic project environment.
